Reading Questions

1. When I read I need to be in a very quiet room, which is why I do not read very often. I also prefer to be drinking something warm from a printed mug while wrapped in a caccoon of fluffy blankets. It also helps if it is a rainy day and I don't have any plans or responsibilities for the day.

6. My first reading teacher was Ms. Cindy that I had in preschool. I remember because I have very vivid memories of meeting my best friend in my reading group during circle time. She also made reading fun and we would get a piece of candy at the end of reading groups if we were on task.

7. The first book I remember reading is Green Eggs and Ham, which definitely sounds cliche but it is the first book that I remember. I honestly think that this book made an impression on me because in kindergarten after we read that book in the library we went back to class and had green eggs and ham for lunch and I thought that was the best thing in the world.

8. My favorite book is The Catcher in the Rye. I just love this book because it is the first book that had I main character I could really relate to and made me feel more normal. I also love Gone Girl just because it is the most recent book I read that really kept me hanging on every word and I honestly did not put it down and read for four hours straight and it is the only time I've ever done that.

11. When I write I always envision the audience I am writing for. I think there is a very select group that would enjoy my writing style just because my writing is very awkwardly flowing. I think that it is more geared towards people my age or with my mindset. I tend to write what I'm feeling and most times that is not affected by the audience I am writing for. However sometimes I am interested in writing about some topics that would possibly be considered more "dark" that I steer away from when writing for an audience.
